At Magnify ("we", "our", or "us"), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our presentation software, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We may collect personally identifiable information such as your email address when you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter, contact us, or sign up for updates. We only collect what you choose to provide.
We use Umami Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service, to collect anonymized, aggregated data about how the Service is used. This includes page views, referral sources, browser type, and device type. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable information. All data is aggregated and cannot be traced back to any individual user.
Magnify operates as an offline-first Progressive Web App (PWA). Your songs, Bible passages, media, and presentation data are stored locally on your device using browser storage technologies (IndexedDB, localStorage). We do not have access to this data. It never leaves your device unless you choose to share it.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your presentation data (songs, media, Bible passages) is stored locally on your device within the Magnify PWA and is not transmitted to our servers.
Email addresses provided for newsletter subscriptions are stored securely by our email service provider and used only for sending the communications you have requested.

Magnify does not use cookies. We use Umami Analytics, which operates without cookies and does not track you across websites. The Service uses local browser storage (IndexedDB, localStorage) for storing your presentation data — this is not the same as cookies and is not used for tracking.
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
