Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using Magnify (the "Service"), operated by Magnify ("we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Magnify is a free, offline-first church presentation software provided as a Progressive Web App (PWA). You may use the Service for personal, ministry, or church-related purposes. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You do not need to create an account or provide any personal information to use the core features of Magnify. All presentation data is stored locally on your device.
The Magnify name, logo, and software are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written permission. However, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Content you create or import using the Service (song lyrics, media files, presentations) remains your property. We do not claim ownership over your content.

The Service includes Bible verse content from various translations. These are provided for reference and ministry use. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate license to use any Bible translation you project, particularly for commercial or broadcast use.
Magnify is not affiliated with any Bible publisher and does not host or distribute copyrighted Bible translation texts. Verse content is retrieved from publicly available APIs or loaded locally by you.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Magnify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any disruption to your service, lost data, or inability to present.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
